Build a preliminary trip architecture

No passport details are requested here. Dates, availability, appointments and visa support remain subject to confirmation.

Indicative architecture · no confirmed appointments or availability

CARTZOL does not sell ordinary tourism. Travel services requiring a licence are coordinated through qualified partners. Visa decisions belong solely to the competent authorities.

Scope, cancellation terms, inclusions, exclusions, confidentiality and conflict-of-interest rules are documented in the proposal before commitment.

China–Morocco delegations

Two directions. One relationship strategy.

CARTZOL designs commercial delegations that turn official introductions and business meetings into qualified opportunities, documented decisions and accountable follow-up.

Bilateral trade & investment desk

Context before contacts. Preparation before protocol.

China and Morocco connect manufacturing scale, African market access, logistics infrastructure, renewable energy, tourism, agriculture and growing technology ecosystems. A successful delegation must align government priorities, company capability, cultural expectations, decision authority, financing and post-visit execution—not simply fill a meeting calendar.

The last line matters

Delivered does not mean finished.

At receipt, the estimate becomes a reconciliation: planned cost, actual cost, variances, documents and improvements for the next order.

Variance review

Planned vs. actual, line by line.

Receiving proof

Quantity, condition and exceptions.

Document closeout

One complete, reusable record.

Next-order gains

Actions to improve cost and timing.

Decision questions

Clear before simple.

Is the calculator a final customs quotation?

No. It is a planning estimate. Final duty, tax, compliance and freight depend on the confirmed HS classification, origin, value and shipment file.

Can CARTZOL work with my existing Chinese supplier?

Yes. We can verify, inspect, consolidate and ship from a supplier you already selected.

Why do you need both weight and CBM?

Freight can be charged by actual weight, volumetric weight or occupied container volume. Both values are needed to recommend the right mode.

What happens before I pay a factory balance?

We align the signed specification with production evidence and the inspection result, then provide an approve, correct or hold recommendation.

Can you source outside China?

Yes. China is our core market, with additional coverage in Vietnam, India, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan.

Start with the useful minimum

One product. One quantity. One clear next decision.

CARTZOL turns your intention into a feasibility brief, document list, supplier plan and landed-cost assumptions.
